Allianz China Life Insurance Company Limited (Allianz China Life), established in 1999 and headquartered in Shanghai, is the first life insurance company in China to transition from a Sino-foreign joint venture to a wholly foreign-owned entity.

Currently, we operate across 11 provincial branches, including Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shandong, Qingdao, Hubei, and Ningbo, representing us in around 40 cities.

Allianz Jingdong General Insurance Company Ltd. (Allianz JD) is a joint venture between JINGDONG and Allianz, which is one of the world's leading financial service groups. Relying on JINGDONG's rich resources and powerful digital capabilities, and combining with Allianz's 133+ years of risk management experience, Allianz JD provides E-commerce insurance, accident insurance, health insurance and motor insurance for enterprises and individuals. Allianz JD is committed to becoming the most reliable insurance service provider.

In 2023, the insurance premium of Allianz JD exceeded RMB 5.6 billion, and continued to maintain rapid growth. At present, Allianz JD has established branches and offices in Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Sichuan and Shenzhen. In April, 2023, the internationally renowned credit-rating agency Fitch Ratings, entitled Allianz JD with "A﹣"  IFS rating for the second year in a row.

Allianz Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Allianz IAMC) received regulatory approval from the former China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on July 27, 2021, and commenced operations on August 8, 2021, becoming the first wholly foreign-owned insurance asset management company in China. Allianz IAMC has a registered capital of 500 million RMB and is headquartered in Beijing. Allianz SE is its sole shareholder, acting through its wholly owned subsidiary, Allianz (China) Insurance Holding Co., Ltd. (Allianz China Holding).
